Do you have a small business idea that you are finally ready to move forward with? There’s no time like the present! Or maybe you are one step ahead and amidst running your own company already, but are looking for that next step to take and how to take it?
Regardless of what the idea is or where you want to take it, simple questions such as, “What service am I offering? Who is in need of it?” and, “How can I be sure those people are aware of what I am doing?” are bound to surface again and again as the idea grows over time.
At Business Strategy Night, you’ll be introduced to practical tools that will help answer those questions as your idea expands so that you are ready to take your business to the next level.
We will also share information on CO.STARTERS, our upcoming nine-week program that will take the same discussion accommodated by Business Strategy Night through a more in-depth analysis. This series of small group classes draws from the experience of local entrepreneurs and walks participants through practical business modeling methods used by high-growth startups. Instead of targeting specific sectors of business, the CO.STARTERS curriculum is designed to facilitate a diverse group of individuals who work through the process of understanding the trajectory of a small business together. While gaining university-level instruction on how to approach various decisions and operations, participants will also receive real-time customer feedback, update their models to meet customer needs, and develop healthy problem-solving habits instead of functioning based on incorrect assumptions.
Attendance is free and open to the public! You can RSVP here.
